Setting short walk to town centre and attractions, Buxton High Street, and shops, pubs.

The room was airy and light with a double bed & 2, the bedroom, for instance, we got everything needed. The owner was always available. We enjoyed the venue and its fantastic and fab setting.

The apartment was nice and fresh, with plenty of everything that was required, except hot water. During our stay, we encountered a small issue with the hot water, but the owner, Tom, was very responsive and took immediate action to resolve it. Despite this minor inconvenience, we found the apartment to be well-equipped and comfortable. The location was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the town and enjoy walks in the nearby Pavilion gardens. our stay at The Hartington Apartment was enjoyable and fulfilling.

We recently stayed at The Hartington Apartment for a short break and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The property is incredibly clean and located in a fantastic area, making it convenient for exploring the local shops and going on walks. It has a cozy and homely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Tom, the staff member, was exceptional in handling any issues promptly and professionally, such as resolving a heating problem. The spaciousness of the apartment, along with the comfortable bed and quiet environment, provided a truly relaxing stay. The elevated position of the property also offered lovely views and a sense of privacy. The helpful video on finding parking was a nice touch.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at a lovely apartment in the Peak District. the location was excellent, with easy access to Buxton city centre and the rest of the area. the apartment itself was tastefully refurbished, with a light and airy living room and a comfortable bed. the bedroom was spacious and warm, with plenty of storage. the hosts were extremely communicative, providing a helpful welcome email with local recommendations. the communication didn't end there, as they also checked in to ensure our safe arrival. We followed their tip to hike the Monsal Trail to Bakewell, which was a great experience.

A fantastic place to stay for a getaway in the Peaks. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Great location with convenient parking. The apartment was clean and well decorated. The hosts were responsive and provided helpful recommendations for local activities. We enjoyed the festive decorations in the reception room and the cozy atmosphere in the rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals at home. The apartment had plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the cold weather.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The Hartington Apartment was a great place to stay with plenty to see and do nearby. I loved the spacious and clean property, with its beautiful decor. The main room window provided a lovely spot for breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring Buxton and the Peak District. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Uncomfortable sofa bed.

The bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of space, making for a restful stay. Annie the cleaner was brilliant and always available to answer any questions. The modern apartment had everything we needed for a fantastic staycation, including Netflix for our little one. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beautiful walks in the Peak District.
